Whatever you choose to practice consistently is something you are going to get good at. Are you practicing pushing through pain and tension? Increasing awareness of the body through alignment-based and mindful yoga practices opens the possibility to shift the pattern and actually choose what feels good for us.

What we repeat is refined each time we practice, building new habits, and integrating new patterns into our lives.
